The Military’s health plan, TRICARE, is among the largest health care delivery systems on earth with over 9.5 million beneficiaries. With tens of thousands of visitors to TRICARE.MIL every day, it’s important users can find what they need. A ForeSee survey coupled with design considerations have lead to many changes to the site over the past 5 years. As a key member of the web management team, I’ve had an opportunity to balance the home page layout, design pages, and ensure government clients are prepared for the future.
